01Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to Super 88. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and Super 88 ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Super 88 platform at https://super88.wine, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the Super 88 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms apply to all Super 88 players across Malaysia
• Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for use of the platform
• Super 88 reserves the right to decline or revoke the membership of any individual
• All disputes are subject to Malaysian jurisdiction

02Account Registration & Member Eligibility

To access Super 88's full range of services, you will need to register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Registration Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age: Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
• Nationality: Malaysian citizen or valid permanent resident
• Identity: Accurate and valid personal information must be provided at the time of registration
• Phone number: A valid and active Malaysian phone number is required
• Email: A valid email address for account verification and communications
• Ineligibility: Super 88 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as members

Account Information Responsibility

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. Super 88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by a member.

03Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Super 88 provides a range of convenient and secure deposit and withdrawal methods, all using local Malaysian payment options that Malaysians use every day.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and time of application
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit
• Super 88 reserves the right to conduct security checks before approving large withdrawals
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted

04Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Super 88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as a token of appreciation for our members' loyalty. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as these general terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus comes with rollover requirements which must be met before any withdrawal can be made
• The welcome bonus is only available to new Super 88 registrations and cannot be claimed more than once
• Super 88 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members under any circumstances
• Multiple accounts registered to take advantage of the same bonus will be permanently cancelled

05General Game Rules

All games offered on the Super 88 platform — including Live Casino, table games, slots, Sports Betting, lottery, e-sports, and poker — are subject to these general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules that may be stated separately.

Sports Betting

For Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, Super 88 uses odds set by our system. All betting outcomes are final once the match has ended and official results have been declared by the relevant governing body.

Casino Games

All casino games on Super 88 use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generators). The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is published transparently. The outcome of every round is final and cannot be disputed once the round has concluded.

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled
• Technical failures during gameplay that result in an undeterminable outcome will be considered void and all bets will be refunded
• Super 88 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud or match manipulation
• The use of automated software, bots, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to support and must not be exploited

06Member Conduct & Prohibitions

All Super 88 members are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, fairness, and respect — towards the platform, our dealers, and fellow members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform
• Use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised technical tools
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system
• Threatening or directing abusive behaviour towards Super 88 customer support staff
• Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or verification
• Sharing your account with another person, including family members

07Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your Super 88 account login credentials secure, including your username and password. Super 88 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone
• Change your password regularly and immediately if you suspect any compromise to your account
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices
• Report to Super 88 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

08Account Closure, Suspension & Restriction

Super 88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities
• Inability to verify a member's identity or age when requested
• Members who have self-enrolled in a restriction through the Responsible Gaming programme

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Super 88 customer support. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks and rollover requirements have been met.

09Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Super 88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance
• Losses resulting from third-party internet connection instability or technical disruptions beyond our control
• Any decisions made by a member based on incomplete or misunderstood information

10Amendment of Terms & Governing Law

Super 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Super 88 platform shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
